Never let the hand you hold, hold you down.

Never let the hand you hold, hold you down
Do not enter the cyclic tension of young lovers,
Who may do as their partner pleases
Yet fail to do what a relationship covers..

Be the echo of your mind not your heart,
Spread your knowledge through your trust
Have the confidence that it takes within,
To make your life enjoyable and robust..

Do not let another lead your way
Walk alone in life, but keep one to your side,
Share only your thoughts and your mind
Do not reveal your thoughts, let your feelings hide..

Smile at life, even if it frowns back in your face,
Life is a journey that needs to be walked,
So dig in your boots, and take worthy steps
Have not fear if you begin to be stalked..

Regain that power in your finger tips,
Lady.. you get to live one life here,
Be in control, be free be happy and content
Nobody and nothing is worth your fear.
Despite my thirty years of research into the feminine soul, I have not been able to answer... the great question that has never been answered: what does a woman want? -- Sigmund Freud

Picasso - The Man

People want to find a "meaning" in everything and everyone. That's the disease of our age, an age that is anything but practical but believes itself to be more practical than any other age -- Picasso

Pablo Ruiz y Picasso was born on October 25 1881 he was a Spanish painter and sculptor. One of the most recognized figures in 20th century art.

Picasso was the son of José Ruiz Blasco, an art teacher, and Marيa Picasso y Lopez. Until 1898 he always used his father's name, Ruiz, and his mother's maiden name, Picasso, to sign his pictures. After about 1901 he dropped "Ruiz" and used his mother's maiden name to sign his pictures. His large academic canvas Science and Charity, depicting a doctor, a nun, and a child at a sick woman's bedside, won a gold medal.

He was unique as an inventor of forms, as an innovator of styles and techniques, as a master of various media, and as one of the most prolific artists in history. He created more than 20,000 works. Picasso's genius manifested itself early: at the age of 10 he made his first paintings, and at 15 he performed brilliantly on the entrance examinations to Barcelona's School of Fine Arts.
