Why black and darkness is so appealing

Why is the colour black appealing? Why should one like what is associated with darkness? Surely this is something that people fear and loathe, yet there are people who love it! If it was not for darkness I would say, one would not be able to enjoy the delightfulness of the daylight, the joy of colours that fill your life with happiness. Thus one must appreciate the absence of pleasure, which is darkness.

If one is able to overcome their fear of being in the dark, then that is one fear overcome, and as we know one who goes beyond their fear will find that life is much more easier to tackle when it comes to difficult things, that is because the most difficult things in life are those that we fear. Overcoming your fear is inevitably one of the best ways to cure your inner soul too, as it gives you energy and power you may not have previously forseen. I dont want to continue speaking about fear as it is not the topic title.

The colour black, The King of all colours, is the one colour that annhilates others, blacks them out, removes them from their existence by taking over their true colours. Existence itself emerged from nothing.. nothing has no colour because if we imagine empty space, or nowhere then we think of the colour black, emptiness is black, When existence will cease..and if it does cease one day then there will be nothing.. nothing is black..

Darkness is stereotypically one of the colour associated with evil, bad luck, demons and the like.. it is a colour that is used to label negativity.. For others however it is darkness which keeps them alive, hidden in shadows from the eyes of those that hurt them, in darkness comes freedom, barriers are removed to some degree because sight is not clear.. some live in darkness, are saved by it, enlightened and awakened in the hopes of its existence..
